JL Bradshaw selects MAM Autopart Online to cut supplier processing time
Electronic connectivity improves productivity and reduces paperwork
MAM Software is pleased to announce that J. L. Bradshaw & Co. Ltd., a four-branch motor factor headquartered in Portlaoise, has successfully implemented MAM Autopart Online to help improve operational efficiency.
Established in 1951, J. L. Bradshaw & Co. Ltd., is a successful distributor of motor parts, tools and equipment for automotive, industrial and agricultural sectors. The company recently approached RNH Solutions, MAM Software's partner in Ireland, to implement Autopart to manage its operations and improve the efficiency of its supplier transactions.
"When selecting a new system provider, reputation was a key factor," explained Glenn Bradshaw, the owner of J. L. Bradshaw & Co. Ltd. "Most of my suppliers were already using an Autopart system supported by RNH Solutions, and recommended it as the ideal solution for our business.
"We signed up with RNH and chose to move from a server-on-site model to the cloud as we can't afford to have downtime at branches if there is problem at head office. RNH provided a very detailed implementation and training process - individual training was given to each member of staff, and the support and follow-up has been excellent."
One of the key reasons Bradshaw & Co selected Autopart is its ability to communicate directly with suppliers' own systems.
"Supplier connectivity allows me to order check stock with all my suppliers from point-of-sale and receive electronic invoices directly into my ledger," Glenn Bradshaw explained. "It's enabled me to get better control over stock, as purchase orders are created automatically when I place an online order with suppliers. It's saved hours of time in the back office processing invoices."
