Mechanex visitors invited to see new features in MAM Software’s garage management software

MAM Software will be attending this year's MECHANEX, taking place at Sandown Park, Surrey on 9 and 10 November. The event is the only regional trade show in the UK dedicated to garage businesses, and MAM staff will be exhibiting on stand D34.

MECHANEX 2021 presents attendees with an opportunity to find out more about the latest features within Autowork Online, MAM's feature-rich garage management software.

One of the biggest forthcoming developments is enhanced business reporting for TeamView, the technicians’ tracking and paperless job card add on for Autowork Online. A garages most valuable resource is its technicians time, the latest addition to Teamview’s reporting provides the ability to see KPI’s and drill down to tech/job data. This information aides in identifying areas in need of improvement of the overall utilisation, efficiency and productivity within garages.

Another key feature on show will be the new UI and user experience of the popular SMS functionality in Autowork Online. This latest update gives users the ability to view messages already sent, set up templates, together with sending both automated and manual messages and reminders to customers.
