Event to take place at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool on 3 and 4 October
MAM Software will be attending this year's GROUPAUTO & UAN Motor Factor and Garage Trade Show, which is taking place next month. Held at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool on 3 and 4 October, the event is an opportunity for factors and garages to find out more about the latest features within MAM products.
Autocat v9.1 is among the company's most recent developments. Highlights include MAM's new accessories catalogue that provides support for tools equipment, car care, consumables and accessories. Suppliers can upload products, specifications and photographs to help users easily identify the items they need.
An MOT history lookup service is also available within Autocat v9.1, as well as Autowork Online. This allows users to see a vehicle's previous test results, current MOT expiry date, any advisories issued or reasons for failures.
Autopart users have the option to have Paymentsense functionality integrated with their software, enabling chip-and-pin and contactless payments to be taken at point of sale. Not only does this reduce the likelihood of keying errors, but also helps speed up transactions.
Garages will also soon be able to able to make use of Paymentsense, as well as other functionality within Autowork Online.
MAM Software will soon be launching TeamView, a new paperless job card and technicians' activity tracking add-on that can be used on a phone, tablet or PC. The module also includes a workshop manager screen for office use, giving managers an overview of exactly what each technician is doing, and their upcoming work allocation.
